Just select Local Delivery at the checkout and your order will be
delivered to your door.
Choose Click & Collect to have your order the same working day. Your order will be ready to collect in Eye Candy between 3-4pm any working day, just show us your order conformation and off you go.
Spend over £10 and receive FREE local delivery within a 5 miles radius of Thurso. Just select Local Delivery at Checkout and your order will be delivered to your door within 2-4 working days.
If selecting Standard Delivery, we will dispatch your order within 3 working days. Or if you choose Express Delivery, and order before 1pm, your order will be dispatched the same day We will send your order by Royal Mail so if you live in the UK you can expect to receive your package with your normal post within 5 working days.
Larger packages will be sent by courier. We currently use Parcelforce who will require a signature on delivery.

We want you to be satisfied every time you shop at Eye Candy. On occasions we know you may want to return items.
You can return your purchase for a full refund within 10 days of receipt. Please note we will refund your original postage cost, but not the return.
When returning items to us it is your responsibility to ensure that the items arrive safely. (Please return the goods in their original condition, do not remove any tags from the items and repack them to insure that the product is not damaged on its return journey, please include your receipt)
We cannot accept any responsibility for items lost in the post, therefore we would always recommend keeping proof of postage, so that you are covered in the event of a missing parcel.
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
